The Syracuse Housing Authority, Syracuse, New York, will receive bids for additions to the emergency generator system at AMP 72 Toomey Abbott Tower. Work of the project will be performed through a single prime Electrical contract.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, Friday, November 3, 2017, at the office of the Owner, 516 Burt Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE FULL SERVICE

The SHA is seeking responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from suppliers with the ability to provide Elevator Maintenance Full Service. SHA presently owns or manages approximately 2,600 public and assisted housing units, about half of which are high rise-elevator units and the other half are family row house units.

The Syracuse Housing Authority is requesting proposals for the design, installation, rental, and subsequent removal of a Sidewalk Protection System as detailed in the attached drawings.

Toomey Abbott Tower is located at 1207 Almond Street, Syracuse, NY 13202

Provide a cost for:

1) Design, installation, and first months rental
2) Additional monthly rental
3) Removal

Include system component details for the Sidewalk Protection system in the proposal.
