The Syracuse Housing Authority, Syracuse, New York, will receive bids for the Site Renovations at Vinette Tower, 947 Pond Street, Syracuse.  Work of the project includes replacement of: asphalt paving & timber rails, repair or replacement of concrete & brick paving, as well as drainage improvements and lawn restoration. The work will be performed through a single prime Site Work contract.

 The Syracuse Housing Authority, Syracuse, New York, will receive bids for the replacement of the roofing systems at Toomey Abbott Tower, 1207 Almond Street, Syracuse.  Work of the project includes the removal of the existing roofing and replacement of insulation, roofing membranes and associated components. Work also includes replacement of skylight sealant and rooftop exhaust fans. The work will be performed through Multiple Prime Contractors: General Construction and HVAC.
