Work of the project includes replacement of: asphalt paving & timber rails, repair or replacement of concrete & brick paving, as well as drainage improvements and lawn restoration. The work will be performed through a single prime Site Work contract.

Work of the project includes the removal of the existing roofing and replacement of insulation, roofing membranes and associated components.
