WILLIAM SIMMONS, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OF THE SYRACUSE HOUSING AUTHORITY IS VERY PLEASED THAT NYS HAS LISTED THE COMMUNITY GRID AS THE PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE. “I am very pleased that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) released by the New York State Department of Transportation has identified the Community Grid as the preferred alternative. The Syracuse Housing Authority (SHA) will be analyzing the DEIS and preparing our comments for the public engagement process. Most importantly SHA will facilitate the involvement of our residents to ensure that their voices are heard”
